We make every effort to display product colors, sizes and descriptions accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or fabric batches.
All prices are listed in BDT and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders keep the price at checkout.
An order is confirmed only after we verify availability and payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues or suspected fraud.
We accept Cash On Delivery and secure online payments through verified gateways. Full card details are never stored on our servers.
For COD orders, payment is collected by our courier partner upon delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible.
Orders are shipped via SteadFast Courier. Delivery timelines vary by area — see the Shipping Conditions section below for details.
Unworn items with original tags attached may be returned within our return window. Contact support to initiate a return.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been handed to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, or arranged directly for Cash On Delivery orders, within a reasonable timeframe.
Products are provided "as is" for general use. We do not offer extended warranties beyond statutory consumer protections.
